Alley在台灣出生長大，求學階段在英文補習班花了很多精力「研讀」英文科目，但不是唸書的這塊材料，最終也是念台灣學校的服裝設計。在身為非「師範體系」底下成長的教學者，我協助更多和我一樣不擅長讀書的同學走出中文的世界，移民到美國🇺🇸，到加拿大🇨🇦工作，到澳洲🇦🇺求學，超過300位學習者成功開口在工作，求學與生活上應用英文口語，達到自己的理想目標。
從事補教業開始，調整並且觀察大部分的同學的困難來自：沒有興趣。
最重大的原因為「被規範該學的教材」，進而使用「考試」來測試學生的真正能力，而我也是其中的試驗者。

I began my career as a cram school teacher and quickly transitioned into an English consultant for beginners. I've accumulated around 10 years of experience in these roles.
In Taiwan's educational system, I've observed many students adopting a victim mentality, constrained by outdated methods and pressured by government policies that prioritize top grades as a measure of English proficiency.
As we enter society, we realize that while we can read English, speaking it fluently often becomes a significant challenge.
Despite understanding the root causes, many individuals cling to monotonous approaches to improve their speaking skills, complicating the entire learning process.
